THE ARTWORK

Mr. Brainwash - Beautiful Together - Limited Edition

Mr. Brainwash's work, Beautiful Together was made in a limited edition of 100 pieces.

The protagonists of the composition are a little boy and a little girl gently embracing each other while admiring the view. The children sit on a wooden bench, which looks as if it is about to give way under their weight. Mr. Brainwash positions them with their backs to the viewer. In addition to the two children, the work features other recurring subjects from Mr. Brainwash's artistic production, such as the Balloon Girl and the child featured in the Smile series of works, who is intent on taking a picture.

The background of the work is full of references to other exponent artists of Pop and Street Art, made by amalgamating different techniques such as stencil, collage, dripping and spray painting.

Beautiful Together is a silkscreen print on paper and measures 61x91 cm.

Who is Mr Brainwash aka Thierry Guetta?

Thierry Guetta, his real name, was born in France in Garges-lès-Gonesse and moved with his family to Los Angeles at the age of 15.

Mr. Brainwash entered the world of street art through his obsession with the camera Thierry Guetta in fact filmed everything from an early age.

Thanks to this obsession, Thierry began following his cousin Invader through the streets, filming him.

Soon, Mr. Brainwash finds himself filming all the world's most famous street art artists.

Mr. Brainwash, using the spray can and stencil technique, makes his paintings colourful.

The artwork is delicate and will be packed with bubble wrap and rigid supports to protect it from potential damage during transport. It does not require a wooden box and delivery to EU countries takes 2-5 business days.
